(5) Diagnostic from System Message
START
On the DLI card indicated as faulty, flip its MB
switch to DOWN → UP →DOWN.
After "13-N" / "13-O" Digital Line Failure has
been indicated, "13-P" is being indicated.
The Message Detail Data of "13-N" is indicating
"14: Remote office alarm detected", and RMT
lamp on the DLI card illuminate.
The Message Detail Data of "13-N" is indicating
"05: Signal link down detected", and LINK lamp
(red) on the DLI card does not illuminate.
The Message Detail Data of "13-N" / "13-O" is
indicating the following data, and PCM lamp
(red), FRM lamp (red), MFRM lamp (red), or
CRC lamp (red) illuminate (for PA-2DAID card,
ALM0, 1 lamp (red) illuminates).

FAULT SUPERVISION
The remote-office side DRU in the DLI card or
the transmission equipment has detected a fault,
and an alarm is sending. Check the DRU or the
transmission equipment.
A signal link between the DLI and the DRU is not
established. Referring to Section 3: "FAULT
DIAGNOSIS BY LOOP-BACK TEST", per-
form diagnosis.
PCM down, frame loss, multiframe loss, or CRC
error has occurred.
