My invisible fence collar doesn't seem to be working with the indoor shield. I tested it with the A, B, and A+B channel but it doesn't work. I have no issues with my invisible fence collar and my outdoor shields that I own. How do I program the collar correctly with this indoor shield?

To program the INVISIBLE FENCE Indoor Shields® Plus with your Computer Collar® unit, follow these steps:

1. Remove the Collar – Ensure all Computer Collar® units are removed from pets and are at least 3 feet away from the Indoor Shields® Plus transmitter.

2. Select Channel – Follow the procedure to set the Indoor Shields® Plus transmitter to Channel A or B. The transmitter will not enter programming mode if set to A+B.

3. Position the Collar – Press and hold the PROGRAM button on the transmitter while lowering the Computer Collar® unit directly above it.

4. Observe the Indicator Light – Stop lowering when the Computer Collar® unit flickers yellow.

5. Release the Button – Release the PROGRAM button when the Computer Collar® unit begins to flash green.

6. Confirm Programming – The Computer Collar® unit is now programmed to the selected channel. Turn ON the Indoor Shields® Plus transmitter and listen for activation to verify proper operation.

Make sure any collar is programmed correctly before using the system.
