I can't seem to get the charging pad to charge my Google Pixel phone. I can place the phone on the top and then the charge icon appears on my phone, but the icon disappears after a few minutes and is not charging.

The Halo Bolt ACDC Wireless charging pad may not be charging your Google Pixel phone due to the following reasons:
1. Phone Case or Obstructions: The phone case may be too thick, or there may be obstructions like metal, magnets, stickers, or rings on the back of the phone. Remove any obstructions.
2. Incompatible Phone: Your Google Pixel phone might not be compatible with wireless charging. Confirm that your phone supports wireless charging.
3. Wireless Charging Not Activated: The wireless charging function may not be turned on. Press the USB and Wireless Charging ON/OFF Button to activate wireless charging. The button should illuminate blue.
4. Improper Alignment: The phone may not be properly aligned and centered on the wireless charging pad. Reposition the phone so it is centered on the pad.

If the jump start button ashes red, the jumper cables have been connected incorrectly. If this ashing red condition occurs, disconnect the jumper cables from the HALO BOLT ACDC WIRELESS and vehicle battery and restart the process from Step 1.
