Rack mounting protection relay with local HMI

1. Mount the LHMI and the mounting bracket to the rack plate.
1.1. Attach the 7U rack plate to the rack frame.
1.2. Mount the LHMI with its own installation brackets to the LHMI cutout.
1.3. Mount the mounting bracket to the 7U rack plate with M5 screws.
1.4. Tighten the M5 screws to 4 Nm ±5%.
1.5. Mount the M5 screws in the upper holes of the mounting bracket, but do
not tighten them. Leave them 3...4 mm open.
