8 Technician Mode
To enter the "Technician Mode" use one of the following options:
 Present the Technician Card on idle mode
 Navigate from Menu:
o Click the Hamburger button (three horizontal lines)
‐ Click the technician mode button
o
o Enter the technician code and click OK green button
8.1 Technician Mode Commands
There are 3 screens:
 First screen ‐ two buttons that can be configured by logging‐in to Nayaxvend
(back office)
 Next two screens ‐ predefined collection of options listed below:

Initiate keep alive communication with the
server
Check for updated device version in the boot

Indicates to the server that the machine
inventory was filled
Define the extra charge (convenience fee) for
payment methods
Restart the VPOS Touch firmware
