* The lithium battery is not part of the CPU circuit
board. When replacing the CPU circuit board,
remove the lithium battery from the circuit board
and install it on the new circuit board. (Photo 3)
* Save the important data to an external device
(such as a computer) with the backup function
of the DME Designer in advance.
For more information on the operation, refer to
the DME Designer owner's manual.
5. DSP Circuit Board
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
5-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
5-2 Remove the CPU circuit board. (See procedure 3.)
5-3 Remove the two (2) screws marked [30] and four (4)
hexagonal spacers marked [40]. The DSP circuit
board can then be removed. (Fig. 3)
6. ES Circuit Board
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
6-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
6-2 Remove the two (2) screws marked [440] and two
(2) screws marked [460]. The ES circuit board can
then be removed. (Fig. 3, Fig. 5)
6-3 Remove the two (2) screws marked [430]. The
CNT holder can then be removed from the ES
circuit board. (Fig. 4)
* The two (2) screws marked [430] and CNT
holder are not part of the ES circuit board.
When replacing the ES circuit board, remove
the screws and CNT holder from the circuit
board and install them on the new circuit board.

※ リチウム電池は、CPU シートの構成部品ではあり
ません。CPU シートを交換する際には、 本体のシー
トからリチウム電池を取り外して、新しいシート
に取り付けてください。 （写真 3）
※ 重要なデータは、 あらかじめ DME Designer のバッ
クアップ機能でパソコンなどの外部機器に保存し
てください。
その操作方法の詳細は、DME Designer 取扱説明
書を参照してください。
5. DSP シート
5-1 トップカバーを外します。 （1 項参照）
5-2 CPU シートを外します。 （3 項参照）
5-3 [30] のネジ 2 本と [40] の六角スペーサー 4 本を外
して、DSP シートを外します。 （図 3）
6. ES シート
6-1 トップカバーを外します。 （1 項参照）
6-2 [440] のネジ 2 本と [460] のネジ 2 本を外して、ES
シートを外します。 （図 3, 図 5）
6-3 [430] のネジ 2 本を外して、ES シートから CNT 金
具を外します。 （図 4）
※ [430] のネジ 2 本と CNT 金具は ES シートの構成
部品ではありません。 ES シートを交換する際には、
本体シートからネジと CNT 金具を取り外して、新
しいシートに取り付けて下さい。
