Setting Spatializer

This unit equipped with a "SPATIALIZER N-2-2". It can produce
the effect of being in a cinema or a concert hall.

Press [AUDIO] during playback.
The current settings are displayed for 4 seconds.

are displayed.

• If you select "On", an internal processor reduces the
sound volume.
When viewing with the optical digital audio output
(page E51), the volume will not be reduced.
• Once you turn off the power, the setting reverts to "Off"
automatically.
Karaoke Playback

When playing back a DVD KARAOKE disc, you can turn the
vocal on or off.

Press [AUDIO] during playback.
It displays whether the Spatializer is "Off" or "On".

SPATIALIZER N-2-2 is Dolby Virtual Surround, which is a
format that easily recreates sound effects in stereo with
depth.
It recreates the realism of multi-channel surround like Dolby
Digital 5.1 ch or Dolby Surround while using just 2 speakers.
(You cannot change the level).
