13 Web-based Management

The provides a web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI), but it is disabled to ensure
maximum security. The system maintenance and L2/L3/GPON management operation
that can be performed through the CLI can also be performed through the GUI. To enable
the GUI:
Step 1
To enable a web-based management, use the following command.
Command
web-mgmt enable
web-mgmt disable
Step 2
To access web-based GUI, open a web browser and enter the IP address of the on URL
address bar.

Step 3
A new window is displayed on the screen as the following figure, it will require you to set
your login ID and password when you first access the web interface. The default account
is admin with no password. Click on Login button.
Step 4
When you complete login, the 's web-based GUI window appears.
Step 5
Select one of the menu points below for information about settings within that menu page.
(The menu can be changed/updated/disabled without notification according to the
software release.)
Mode
Enables the web-based management.
Global
Disables the web-based management.
