My aticon 3.0 adapter stuck on blinking blue led lights
I had to get a new sound bar (Sonos Beam) I connected the sound bar via hdmi to the arc on the tv. I used the optical out on the tv to the Oticon tv box. I can’t get the audio from the tv and the tv box to sync. I tried the adjustments on the Sonos app and still can’t get the voices to sync. Any suggestions?
To sync audio between the Oticon TV Adapter 3.0 and a Sonos Beam soundbar when connected to the TV, follow these steps:
1. Connection Setup:
- Connect the Oticon TV Adapter 3.0 to the TV using one of the supported audio outputs, preferably TOSLINK (optical).
- Connect the Sonos Beam to the TV using HDMI ARC or Optical (via an adapter if needed).
2. Audio Sync Adjustment:
- If there is a delay between the hearing aids and the Sonos Beam, adjust the audio delay settings in the TV’s sound settings.
- Some TVs allow separate delay settings for optical and HDMI ARC/CEC outputs.
3. Hearing Aid Pairing:
- Ensure your hearing aids are paired with the Oticon TV Adapter 3.0 by entering the "TV Program" mode in the hearing aids.
4. Testing & Fine-Tuning:
- Play audio from the TV and check if the sound is in sync between the hearing aids and the Sonos Beam.
- If needed, use the Sonos app to adjust lip-sync or delay settings.
By optimizing audio delay in the TV or Sonos settings, you can achieve better synchronization between the Oticon TV Adapter 3.0 and Sonos Beam.

The volume of the TV adapter is much too high. I cannot lower it enough with the left button of the hearing aid.
You can lower the volume on the Oticon TV Adapter 3.0 in these ways:
1. Use the ON App: After your hearing aids connect to the TV adapter, open the Oticon ON app on your iPhone and reduce the volume level manually.
2. Adjust in Genie II: Ask your audiologist to lower the default volume for the TV adapter using the Genie II fitting software.
3. Check Default Settings: The TV adapter may default to volume level 16. You can request your audiologist to change this to a lower level if needed.
These steps should help you achieve a more comfortable listening level.

@Mr. Anderson Thanks for your reply. Tomorrow I will see the audiologist and will address point 2 and 3 with him. I am using an Android phone with the Amplifon app. But that shows no volume control function for the TV-streamer. We'll see tomorrow what solution is available.
