ENTER START/STOP DOWN RECOVERY RESET BUTTON FUNCTIONS START/STOP To start or stop workout. RESET In stop mode, press the RESET button to return to the main menu. The console will reset after pressing the button for 2 seconds. To select training mode and adjust function value up. ENTER Confirm setting or selection. -

GB50. USER GUIDE OPERATION PROCEDURE 1. POWER ON After connecting the power, the console will activate with a long beep sound. The LCD screen will appear as below, before entering into personal data setting mode. 2. USER PROFILE SET UP Press the ENTER button each time you set the USER#, GENDER, AGE, HEIGHT, and WEIGHT value. -

3. WORKOUT SELECTING In the main menu the default exercise program, MANUAL, will flash. You may scroll through the program options using the [UP] or [DOWN] buttons. Press [ENTER] to confirm your selection. 3.1. MANUAL MODE You may press [START/STOP] to start exercise in MANUAL immediately without any setting. Before exercising in Manual mode, you can set the Level, Time, Distance, Calories, and Pulse target. -

GB50. USER GUIDE 3.2. PROGRAM MODE Press [UP] or [DOWN] to select a program, then press [ENTER] to setup the workout level and time. Press [START/STOP] to begin workout. The level can be adjusted during exercise by pressing [UP] or [DOWN] Press [STOP] to pause the workout, and press [START] to continue. -

3.4. USER MODE Press [UP] and [DOWN] to create your own profile. You can then hold [ENTER] for 2 seconds to save or press [START] to quit profile setting.
