Questions and answers
Is it possible to cook bananas, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon to make a bananas foster dessert?
The Rival Little Dipper can melt and heat ingredients like chocolate, marshmallows, butter, and cream, as shown in the chocolate fondue recipe. Since it is designed for slow heating and melting, it may work for cooking bananas, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon for a bananas foster dessert. However, it may not reach high enough temperatures for caramelization or flambéing, which are key steps in traditional bananas foster preparation.
