Troubleshooting

System Reset

Press the 'Menu' button (Ref.9) on the remote control.
Use the 'Previous' or 'Next' buttons (Ref.10/23) to scroll to
"System" and press the 'Enter' button (Ref.22) on the remote
control. Press the 'Previous' or 'Next' buttons (Ref.10/23) to scroll
to "Factory Reset", press the 'Enter' button (Ref.22).
Use the 'Next' button (Ref.23) to choose "Yes" or "No". Press the
'Enter' button (Ref.22) to confirm.
SW Version – Software Version Display
Press the 'Menu' button (Ref.9) on the remote control.
Use the 'Previous' or 'Next' buttons (Ref.10/23) to scroll to
"System" and press the 'Enter' button (Ref.22) on the remote
control.
Then use the 'Previous' or 'Next' buttons (Ref.10/23) to scroll to
"SW Version", press the 'Enter' button (Ref.22) on the remote. The
software version will be displayed.
