I performed the reset and now my desk will not move at all when I press the controls

Your Fully Jarvis desk may not be moving after performing a reset due to one of the following reasons:

1. Lower Limit Restriction – If a lower height limit is set, the desk may not move beyond that point. You may need to restore default limits by pressing the M button, releasing it, and then pressing and holding it again until “555” appears on the display.

2. Reset Procedure Not Completed Properly – Some issues require a full reset where the legs retract completely. Ensure there is enough clearance below the desk to allow this.

3. Connection Issues – Even if the outlet works, double-check that all cables are securely connected and no wires are crimped or bent.

4. Handset Malfunction – If the up/down handset feels unresponsive, it may not be functioning properly. Try pressing and holding the buttons firmly.

If none of these steps work, contacting Fully customer service may be necessary.
