My machine ( i have a q'nique 14+) is stitching 2 stitches when I do needle down. The needle is not always returning to the up position when I stop quilting. Needle will stop in the down position even though that is not selected and I have to turn the flywheel to get the needle up. I can not use the basteing stitch as the needle doesn't come up. The machine sew okay.

The issue could be caused by improper machine timing. The troubleshooting section suggests re-timing the machine if it is not stitching properly. Follow the timing instructions to ensure the machine operates correctly.

The buttons on my machine (Qnique 14+) quit working while I was quilting last night. At first it was only the needle up/down controls, but just now I was scrolling thru the menu after reading in the manual, and now all buttons on the handlebars do not work.
