Real-time monitoring through simple viewer

The simple viewer has the same functional menus as normal viewer. It is
designed for very simple images (normally no movement) so that its size is
decreased dramatically to overcome low speed transmission. (There is no
difference between normal viewer and simple viewer in transmitting real-time
images).
