Startup 6.4.8 Rinsing the Ultrapure Water Cartridge During rinsing, the device fills and rinses the ultrapure water cartridge. Air is removed from the ultrapure water circulation in the process. If the bag no longer contains a sufficient amount of water or empties during the rinsing process, the bag is filled automatically. - Page 42 Startup Close the tank outlet (Bag Outlet) on the rear side of the device.
