Check
Is the SFP module correctly mounted?
Is there a conflict between the SFP
module and unit settings?
The surface temperature of the SFP
module is higher than the reference value.
The SFP module voltage is abnormal.
The SFP module may be incorrectly mounted. Firmly
insert the SFP module until you hear a click.
If this alert is still generated after you confirmed that the
SFP module is correctly mounted, replace it with a
neighboring SFP module. If the alert moves to the
neighboring module, an SFP module failure may have
occurred. Contact Fujitsu sales or Fujitsu partners.
The functions on the SFP module may not match unit
settings. Check the mounted SFP module to confirm that
the unit settings match the functions.
(Is input SFP module mis-inserted?)
If this alert is still generated after you confirmed the
correct settings, replace the SFP module with a
neighboring one. If the alert moves to the neighboring
module, an SFP module failure may have occurred.
Contact Fujitsu sales or Fujitsu partners.
The ambient temperature of the unit seems to be higher
than the reference value. Cool the ambient temperature
to the unit operating conditions. In addition, confirm that
the intake space stated in the installation conditions has
been allocated.
If this alert is still generated after you confirmed the
correct ambient temperature condition and the intake
space, replace the SFP module with a neighboring one.
If the alert moves to the neighboring module, an SFP
module failure may have occurred. Contact Fujitsu sales
or Fujitsu partners.
The SFP module voltage is abnormal and an SFP
module failure may have occurred. Replace the SFP
module with a neighboring one. If this alert moves to the
neighboring module, an SFP module failure may have
occurred. Contact Fujitsu sales or Fujitsu partners.
