Basic operation

The built-in CD player plays one standard 12 cm
or 8 cm (single) CD at a time. Do not use an
adapter when playing an 8 cm CD.
1 Press to open the front panel.
OPEN
• The navigation CD must be inserted to start
the route calculation. During the calculation,
the prompt CD flashes on the display. Once the
calculation has been completed, the prompt CD
extinguishes, the navigation CD can be removed
and an audio CD can be inserted.
2 Insert a CD into the CD loading slot.

Note
• To avoid a malfunction, make sure that no
metal object comes into contact with the front
panel is open.
3 Raise or lower the volume.
Rolling the VOLUME changes the volume level.
4 Press 2 or 3 to select a track.
Pressing 3 skips to the start of the next track.
Pressing 2 once skips to the start of the current
track. Pressing again will skip to the previous
track.
• If you press and hold 2 or 3, you can perform
fast forward or reverse.
5 Press 0 to eject the CD after opening the
panel by pressing
OPEN
• Be sure to close the front panel after remov-
ing the CD.
