7.4.5.5 Removal of the Keypad Retainer (12)
1. Remove the four Keypad Retainer Screws (13) as shown in Figure 7-15.

2. Lift out the Keypad Retainer (12) from the Front Housing (2) as shown in Figure 7-16.
