Dial any extension (e. g . . . . 12) and listen to ring of that extension.
Description
D TMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) Receiver
enables tone telephones to dial within the
system.
To check the D TMF Receivers, activate the
D TMF Receivers one at a time and confirm if
the receiver can receive tone signals.
Operation at Extension
To Remove DTMF Receiver
Set the System Program Switch to the

PROGRAM position.
2 . Dial (28) to enter the D TMF mode.
"DTMF RCVR SEL" will be displayed.
Press the NEXT button, twice.

"DTMF I : ENABLE" and then
"DTMF 2: ENA BLE" will be displayed.
4. Press the SELECT button to chanr; e to
DISA BLE.
"DTMF 2: DISA BLE" will be displayed.
Press the MEMORY button.

Dial the extension number (e. g . . . . 12) .

To check the D TMF Receiver 2, remove D TMF
Receiver I and confirm that D TMF Receiver 2 is
good by the procedures of "To Remove D TMF
Receiver I " and "Confirmation of D TMF Receiver
2".
Conditions
• The "DISA BLE" can not be established on
both D TMF Receivers I and 2, at the same
time.
