DECOMISSIONING CHECKLIST

ENGINE

Run engine. Pour a fuel stabilizer/conditioner in the fuel tank.
Allow time for it to circulate through the fuel system.

Change all engine fl uids as referenced in the engine
manufacturer's owners manual. Contact a Regal dealer.

Drain cooling and exhaust system by a marine professional
Pickle the engine. Contact a Regal dealer for more information.

Spray all exterior parts with a rust preventative.
OUTBOARD UNIT

Perform maintenance as referenced in the manufacturer's
owners manual. Contact your Regal dealer.

Remove propeller. Refurbish as needed.

After cleaning touch up paint on unit as needed.

Apply coat of wax to outboard shroud and exterior parts.
BOAT

Check hull bottom for any fi berglass damage.

After cleaning apply a coat of wax to hull and deck surfaces.

Pour a pint of 50/50 antifreeze into bilge pump.

Never block up boat bottom. May cause structural damage.
