Cause
Printhead is dirty
Material is contaminated or
damaged
Insufficient power supply
Battery pack overheating
Battery pack faulty
Contacts are dirty
Software has crashed
Print position has shifted
Remedy
Clean printhead
Use material that is flaw-
less
Check the state of charge
of the battery
Connect power supply unit
Remove battery pack and
allow it to cool down
Insert new battery pack
Clean and dry contacts
Restart the device (hold
down the ON button for
eight seconds)
Move print position under
the printer settings
