• Security software version: displays the version of the latest
security software.
• KNOX version: displays the KNOX version loaded on this
handset.
Note: Baseband, kernal and build numbers are usually used for
updates to the handset or support. For additional
information please contact your service representative.

Software Updates

The Software Update feature enables you to use your phone
to connect to the network and upload any new phone software
directly to your phone. The phone automatically updates with
the latest available software when you access this option.
1. From the Home screen, tap
GENERAL About device Software updates.
2. Tap Update now.
3. The phone automatically updates the software (if
available), otherwise, when the prompt The latest
updates have already been installed is displayed, tap OK.
4. To allow automatic software updating, tap Auto Update
to place a checkmark in the selection box.
Settings 
5. To download software updates only when connected to
a Wi-Fi network, tap Wi-Fi only to place a checkmark in
the selection box.
