5.1.13. Continuous cooking time limit
Is set a time limit to avoid the continuous activation of a cooking cycle. after 13 hours of continuous running of a cooking ( no matter
of changing the temperature or pressing any key) , the UI is set to STAND-BY.

Keep pressed for 3 second to set the UI to STAND-BY.
This key is never locked (for safety reasons)
Keep pressed for 3 second to temporary unlock the keyboard
After 1 minute without pressing a key, the keyboard lock again.
