Servicing the Air Cleaner Service Interval/Specification Foam element: Clean it after every 25 operating hours. Paper element: Clean it after every 50 operating hours. Replace it after every 200 operating hours or yearly, which ever comes first. Note: Service the air cleaner more frequently (every few operating hours) if the operating conditions are extremely dusty or sandy. -

Caster Wheel and Bearings Service The caster wheels rotate on a roller bearing supported by a spanner bushing. If the bearing is kept well lubricated, wear will be minimal. Failure to keep the bearing well lubricated will cause rapid wear. A wobbly caster wheel usually indicates a worn bearing. -
