The iHome iPL24 uses a built-in Lightning Dock Connector for iPhone or iPod. Since the iPhone 16 likely uses a USB-C port instead of Lightning, you would need a USB-C to Lightning adapter that supports charging and audio. However, compatibility is not guaranteed, and some functions like audio playback or time sync may not work properly.
