Check the CP Reset
(TP : RESET_PWRDWN_N) = 0V(LOW)
Check the CP active signal.
PDA_ACTIVE(TP_PDA_ACTIVE),
PHONE_ACTIVE(PHONE_ACTIVE)
Check the AP Reset
AP_N_RST_IN(R513) = 0V(LOW)
Check the oscillator clock waveforms.
32.768KHz : OSC500(TP213),
24Mhz : OSC400(C440)
Is the LCD display on?
