5 Printing from Windows
Entering department code

Select the printer driver in the Printers folder. Then click [File] and
select [Properties] (for Windows 98/Me), select [Document
Defaults...] (for Windows NT 4.0), or [Printing Preferences...] (for
Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Server 2003).
The printer driver properties dialog box appears.

Display the [Others] tab and enter your department code in the
"Department Code" field.
In the Department field, only numeric characters can be entered. The Department
Code must be 5-digit number.

Click [Apply] and [OK] to save settings.
