Smontaggio mozzo

Prima di procedere alla rimozione dei
componenti in questione occorre
rimuovere dal motociclo i particolari
riportati di seguito.

Sfilare il distanziale (34) sul lato
catena ed estrarre il perno forcellone
(28) completo di disco freno dal lato
opposto.
Rimuovere il paraspruzzi (32) svitando
le viti (35) che fissano la staffa (33).
Rimuovere l'anello seeger (23) sul
lato ruota del mozzo eccentrico.

Rimuovere la rosetta (23), la piastra
26
portapinza (26) con anelli OR (25) e
l'altra rosetta (23).
Allentare le viti (12) e sfilare il mozzo
eccentrico dal lato catena del
forcellone.
Fare attenzione che all'interno del
morsetto del forcellone sia presente
11 una piastra (36) che permette una
sicurezza al serraggio delle viti (12).

Se è necessario smontare il piolo
antirotazione (11) piastra portapinza,
applicare frenafiletti e serrarlo alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3), solo
durante il rimontaggio.
particolare molto importante in
riferimento alla sicurezza dinamica del
motociclo; pertanto è assolutamente
vietato intervenire al suo interno, a tal
proposito si può richiedere il mozzo
comleto ai ricambi Cod.

eccentric hub
Remove the following parts before
removing the rear hub:

Remove rear wheel G 4
Remove rear sprocket G 8
Remove rear brake G 6
caliper
Remove spacer (34) on the chain side
and remove the wheel shaft (28)
together with brake disc from the
opposite side.
Remove the splashguard (32)
unscrewing the retaining screws (35)
of the bracket (33).
Remove the circlip (23) on eccentric
hub wheel side.
Remove washer (23), caliper plate
(26) and O-rings (25).
Remove the other washer (23).
Slacken the screws (12) and extract
the eccentric hub from the chain side
of the swingarm.
Make sure the plate (36) is in place
inside the swingarm clamp. This plate
allows for the screws (12) to be
tightened safely.
If needed, remove the locating peg
(11) of the caliper mounting plate. On
refitting, apply threadlocker and
tighten the peg to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Caution
The rear hub is very important
for motorcycle dynamic safety. It is
then forbidden to disassemble it. The
complete hub is available as a single
spare part under part no.
