To cancel unwanted telephone calls on the BT6600, follow these steps:

1. Enable Nuisance Call Blocking:
- Ensure you subscribe to a Caller Display service from your network provider (charges may apply).
- The BT6600 allows you to block calls by type (e.g., withheld or international) and specific numbers (up to 100 numbers).

2. Set Up Call Blocking:
- Select Menu on the handset.
- Scroll to Call Control and press Select.
- Set your PIN for the first time and select OK (if required). Follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Choose Blocking Options:
- You can highlight whether VIP calls are Allowed or Not Allowed.
- Blocked numbers will display "Blocked" with no backlight when a blocked call is received, and the handset or base will not ring.

4. Use the One-Touch Blocking Button:
- Press the dedicated call-blocking button on the handset to quickly block specific numbers.

For further assistance, refer to the manual or contact the BT helpline.
