Access codes
• Q: I cannot find the lock, PIN, or PUK code. What is my
password?
A: The default lock code is 12345. If you forget or lose the
lock code contact your phone dealer.
If you forget or lose a PIN or PUK code, or if you have not
received such a code, contact your network service
provider.
For information about passwords, contact your access
point provider, for example, a commercial Internet service
provider (ISP), WAP service provider, or network operator.
Application not responding
• Q: How to close an application that is not responding?
A: Open the application switching window by pressing and
holding . Then scroll to the application, and press
to close the application.
Sounds are coming from the wrong speaker - Cannot
activate the Loudspeaker mode
• Q: Cannot activate the loudspeaker mode.
A: Check that there is nothing blocking the proximity
sensor lens (see the picture of the different keys and parts
in the Quick start guide). Also, the proximity sensor may
turn the loudspeaker off and change back to earpiece
mode because of bright light (infrared light coming
directly from the sun or, for example, a halogen lamp). For
