You can cancel a message if the recipient has not heard the message.

To cancel a sent message

Call the messaging system and log on.

Start to leave another message to the same subscriber.

If the subscriber has not yet heard your last message, the messaging system asks if you want to review
it.

Press to review the message.

When you hear the message you want to cancel, press

Press to confirm the cancellation.

To cancel a sent message

Sign in to the Mailbox Manager.
On the Messages tab, click the Sent items to review messages you have sent.

Select the check box adjacent to each message you want to cancel.
Click Delete.

The selected messages are deleted.
