9.2.1 0 % Flow Rate Calibration (Zero Calibration)

Using Mag-Prover's internal calibration circuit, 0% flow rate calibration (hereafter called zero
calibration) can be performed.

internal simulation circuit starts working and
0% value using the internal simulation
signal appears.
