Connection of control device (A10)

4.3.1 Pressure sensor connector (B9)
Sequence:
1. Use a screwdriver to undo the fastening screw Pos.1.
2. Detach the connector from the pressure sensor B9.
3. Remove the fastening screw Pos.1 from the connector, turn
the connector around and use a screwdriver to lever the
connector insert Pos. 2 out of the housing.
4. Pull connecting cable X10 through the connector housing's
screwed cable connection and connect the wires as shown
on the following connection diagram on the terminal socket.
5. Re-assemble the connector in the reverse order. Tighten the
cable screw connection and re-attach the connector to the
pressure sensor B9.
! Never twist the connector after it has been assembled.
Doing so may cause the internal wiring in the pressure
sensor to rip and the pressure sensor to break down. If
you have to change the position of the connector, do so
only by rotating the connection insert in the connector.
6. Fasten the connector in place using the fastening screw
Pos.1.

Sequence:
Contact connector X12 from control device A10 to pressure
sensor B10 of high-pressure rail.
! When doing so make sure that the connector latches proper-
ly into place. The coding means that it is not possible to
connect it the wrong way round.

4.3.3 Connection to pressure-control valve (Y6-Y8)
Sequence:
A10
Join control device's connecting line X7 with the three connectors
to the pressure-control valves Y6, Y7 and Y8 on the high-pressure
rail.
i The connectors can be connected in any sequence.
! When doing so make sure that all connectors latch properly
into place. The coding means that it is not possible to connect
them the wrong way round.
