Messaging
If you are unable to send messages, do the following:

Ensure that the SIM card in use is still valid and offers messaging
services.

Make incoming calls to the phone to check if the phone and network are
functioning.

Check the message centre number to ensure that it is properly set up.
Check with your network provider for the message centre number.
Voice Messages
If you are unable to receive voice messages, do the following:

Ensure that the SIM card in use is still valid and offers voice message
services.

Check the voice mailbox number to ensure that it is properly set up.
Check with your network provider for the voice mailbox number.
