H Listening to the radio
The following steps show you how to
tune in to FM and AM radio broadcasts
using the automatic, manual and
high-speed tuning functions. Once you
are tuned to a station you can
memorize the frequency for recall
later-see Saving stationpwets on
the following page for how to do this.
Press TUNER FM/AM to
select the tuner.
Press repeatedly to switch between FM
and AM bands.
Tune to a station.
There are three ways to do this:

Automatic tuning
To search for stations in the currently
selected band, press and hold either the
++ or W button for about a
second. The system will start searching
for the next station, stopping when it
has found one. Repeat this step to
search for other stations.

Manual tuning
To change the frequency one step at a
time, press the ++ or w buttons.
l
High-speed tuning
Press and hold the * or w button
for high speed tuning, releasing the
button once you reach the frequency
you want.
l
It's also possible to use the A and
v buttons for tuning.

Appuyez plusieurs fois pour passer
parmi les bandes FM et AM.

Accordez une station.
I1 y a trois manieres de faire :

Accord automatique
Pour rechercher des stations dans la
bande actuellement se'lectionnee,
appuyez et maintenez enfonde soit la
touche ++ soit W pendant environ
un seconde. L'appareil se mettra a
rechercher la station suivante,
s'arretant quand il en a trouvee une.
ReppCtez cette operation pour rechercher
d'autres stations.

Accord manuel
Pour changer de fre'qyence un pas B la
fois, appuyez sur les touches ++ ou
bw.
l
Accord haute vitesse
Appuyez et maintenez enfoncee la
touche ++ ou W pour accorder a
haute vitesse, en relachant la touche
une fois que vous avez atteint la
frequence souhaitee.
l
I1 est e'galement possible d'utiliser
les touches A et V pour accorder.
