If you want to change the HDD property, under HDD Property, select one of the following
settings:
• R/W
• Read-only
• Redundancy
In the Group area, select a group number for the HDD group.
Click Apply to save your settings, click Yes to confirm, and then click OK to close the
window.
Read/write. The default setting.
When the HDD is set to read-only, the recorded files are not
overwritten when the HDD becomes full in overwrite
recording mode.
When the HDD is set to redundancy, video can be recorded
both onto the redundancy HDD and the R/W HDD
simultaneously for additional security and reliability.
