ActiveSync Help

Issue:
ActiveSync icon on the host computer does not turn green after connecting USB cable from MX9.
Solution:
1. Disconnect MX9 USB cable from the host computer.
2. Suspend/Resume or Restart the MX9.
3. In ActiveSync > File > Connection Settings on the host computer disable Allow USB Connections and tap OK.
4. Re-enable Allow USB Connections on the host computer and tap OK.
5. Reconnect USB cable from MX9 to the host computer.

Configuring the MX9 with HSM Connect (or LXEConnect)

HSM Connect allows a user to view the MX9 screen remotely from a host computer using the ActiveSync connection.
ActiveSync is already installed on the MX9. The MX9 is configured to establish a USB ActiveSync connection to a host PC
when the USB cable is attached to the MX9 and the host PC.
