5.2.2 Reset Operation Test
AS soon as the power supply is turned o n o r reset is depressed, the RESET signal in U17,
80C85, (P36) changes from "H" level t o "L" level and the RESET O U T signal in
U17 (P3)
changes from "L" level t o "H" level.
