CARBURETOR

• needle valve 1

• float pivot pin 3
• screw 4

• float chamber 1
4. Install:
• starter plunger kit
5. Install:
• throttle valve
• jet needle holder
• jet needle kit
NOTE:
Align the groove of the throttle valve with the
projection of the carburetor body.
6. Install:
• throttle cable

INSTALLING THE CARBURETOR

1. Adjust:
• engine idling speed
Refer
IDLING SPEED" in chapter 3.
2. Adjust:
• throttle cable free play
Refer to "ADJUSTING THE THROTTLE
CABLE FREE PLAY" in chapter 3.

flange of the throttle grip)
