Feature Description
Calling Party Globalizes or localizes the incoming calling party
Normalization number so that the appropriate calling number
presentation displays on the phone. Supports the
international escape character +.
Cisco Unified Enables managers and their assistants to work
Communications together more effectively by providing a
Manager Assistant call-routing service, enhancements to phone
capabilities for the manager, and desktop
interfaces that are primarily used by the assistant.
Client matter codes Enables a user to specify that a call relates to a
(CMC) specific client matter.
Conference
Configurable call Allows you to specify information that appears on
forward display a phone when a call is forwarded. This information
can include the caller name, caller number,
redirected number, and original dialed number.
CTI Applications A computer telephony integration (CTI) route
point can designate a virtual device to receive
multiple, simultaneous calls for
application-controlled redirection.
