Buttons

Buttons Function
Turns the product on or off.
P
Wi-Fi Establishes a Wi-Fi connection when pressed for 3 seconds.
Prints a network status sheet. While pressing this button, turn on the product to return the network
settings to their defaults.
Starts copying/
scanning in black
and white.
Starts copying/
scanning in color.
Stops the current operation.

To perform print head cleaning, press for three seconds until the P light starts flashing.
While pressing this button, turn on the product to print a nozzle check pattern.
Getting to Know Your Product

Resumes printing after the product is out of paper, or if multiple sheets of
paper are fed at the same time.
To increase the number of monochrome or color copies (by up to 20 copies),
press the same button within one second intervals.
While pressing one of these buttons, press y within three seconds to copy in
draft mode.
Press both buttons simultaneously to scan your original and save it as PDF on
your PC.
If the product's ink pads are nearing the end of their service life, press this
button to resume printing.
