There is no maximum time for greetings.
If you decide to record special greetings for
programmed telephone numbers, use
greetings 2-6. Since the unit will default to
Greeting 1 for all non-programmed callers, it
is best to record a general announcement
for this greeting. Greetings 7 and 8 are not
recordable.

can customize. These settings will be
applied to all general calls that you have not
programmed with customized settings.

LANGUAGE

This feature allows you to choose the
language of the display text only. All voice
prompts are in English.

STANDARD GREETING

You can select one of five greetings
available with this feature. These settings
will apply to all non-programmed numbers
or unknown callers. Use the SCROLL UP or
DOWN buttons to select a greeting.
PLAY/RE-RECORD:
GREETING 1
GREETING 2
Press SELECT to accept your choice.

RING SELECTION

This feature allows you to select the number
of rings the answerer allows before picking
up. there are 8 options.

STANDARD SETTING

TOLL SAVER (2/5)
ANSWER ON RING 2
Press SELECT to accept your choice.
TOLL SAVER
If you choose this option, the unit will pick
up on the second ring when there are new,
unheard messages or on the fifth ring when
there are no new messages.

SCREEN CALLS

This feature allows you to hear callers leave
a message (Screen Calls On) or not (Screen
Calls Off).
