SYSTEM DATA System settings can be saved to a USB memory stick. The settings can be reloaded in case of accidental factory default or can be transferred to another DVR if multiple units need to be installed with the same settings. -

DVR Operation Searching for Video Use the SEARCH function to search for a particular section of recorded footage. To prevent unauthorized viewing of footage, only users with ADMIN or MANAGER user levels can play back footage. Searching for Video Log on as ADMIN. See Logging On on page 28. -

DVR Operation The DVR uses a calendar and timeline search method for quick access to recorded footage. The calendar displayed on the left in Figure 3-1 shows the current month. Days highlighted in blue have recorded footage. The timeline on the right shows a 24-hour status of all channels for the selected day. The recorded time displays with a different color for each recording type. -
