yourMitsubishi dealer.
Formodels thathave the Diamond Shield already i nstalled, youcanremove the shieldifyouprefer.
Formodels wherethe Diamond Shield is included in aseparate p ackage, youcaneasily install t he
shield.Carefully remove the masking p aperonthe Diamond Shield. Thisis thecoated, s cratch-
resistant sidewhichshould faceoutward fromtheTV.Thenremove theplastic sheet f romthe other
sideofthe Diamond Shield. Thisisthe uncoated sidewhichshould faceintotheTV.
Wearcottongloves to prevent f ingerprints o n the Diamond Shield.
Installation
or removal
of the Diamond
Shield:
• For all models
exceptVS-70705:
remove the top molding clip with a small fiat head screwdriver,
pressed into the opening at the upper corner (Illustration

remove the bottom
molding clip, with a small fiat head screw-
driver, pressed into opening at the bottom corner
after loosening corners, pull gently to remove
to install, insert shield by sliding it into the right side channel
(Illustration

gently press on the shield sides to bow the screen towards you
insert the left side channel
reinstall the molding clips. Do not force.
to remove,
remove the top and bottom molding clips and gently
press on the shield sides to bow the screen towards you. It will
pop out of the top panel (Illustration

reinstall the molding clips. Do not force.
