PROGRAMMING
THE TV TO TURN ON AUTOMATICALLY
(CHANNEL PROGRAM)
The CHANNEL
PROGRAM
feature
allows
the -IV set to be programmed
to automatically
turn on at a
predetermined
time
for
up
to two
different
programs
during
one
week
or
everyday
(ALL)
for
continuous
programming
of daily
broadcasts.
Before
programming
confirm
that the correct
present
time
has been
set (See SE1-FING
THE PRESENT
TIME).
1.
Press the TIME/CHannel-PROGram
button
twice,
the on-screen
display
of program
1 appears.
The
day
of the
week
POSITION
flashes.
2.
Press the SET button to set the day of the week or
"ALL"
for everyday.
The display
changes
cyclicly
as follows:
L_ M ON-_TU E--_WE D--_THU_ FRI--_SAT-_ SU N_ALUL-]
(Start
from
"MON')
(Every day)

Press
the
POSITION
button,
the
hour
display
flashes.
Use
the SET button
to set the
hour
including
A
(AM)
or
P
(PM).
Repeat
the
sequence
of
POSITION/SET
to
set the
minutes.
4.
After setting
the minutes
press the POSITION
button.
The
antenna
position
("A"
or
"B")
flashes.
5.
Press the SET button
to set programmed
recep
tion
through
antenna
"A"
or
"B".
6.
Press
the POSITION
button
the channel
display
flashes.
