    Using the 480i Phone Call Manager Soft Clients The 480i phone can be controlled through call manager soft clients from your computer, such as BroadSoft’s CommPilot Call Manager. Broadsoft’s CommPilot Call Manager is a web-based interface you can use to manage your calls as an alternative to using the softkeys and hard keys on the phone or the star codes.
