On-Site Warranty Panasonic Corporation of North America will repair and/or exchange parts for your unit, exclusive of consumables, free of charge within the continental U.S.A, Puerto Rico**, Alaska** and Hawaii** in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship with new or comparable rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for six (6) months after the date of original purchase. -
