with standard practices for preventing accidents. Use the statement number provided at the end of
each warning to locate its translation in the translated safety warnings that accompanied this
device.

"These ports do not provide isolation sufficient to satisfy the requirement of EN60950:1992;
apparatus connected to these ports should either have been approved to EN60950:1992 or have
previously been evaluated against British Telecommunications plc (Post Office) Technical Guides 2
or 26 and given permission to attach; any other usage will invalidate any approval given to this
apparatus."
Other usage will invalidate any approval given to this apparatus if as a result if ceases to comply
with EN60950:1992.
Cisco 2600 series, Cisco 3600 series, and Cisco 3700 series router chassis must be connected to a
main socket outlet with a protective earth contact.
