When the
lamp comes on, it is
imperative to stop the vehicle and
switch off the engine.

Warning lamp for
handbrake, brake
fluid level and braking
distribution fault
When the engine is running,
this warning lamp indicates that the
handbrake is applied or incomple-
telyreleased,thatthebrakefluidle-
velisinsufficient,orthatthebraking
system is malfunctioning.
If the warning lamp remains lit when
the handbrake is released, stop
immediately and contact a CITroËN
Dealer (see "safety").
